Disclaimer

I will post all commissions to my social media, use them as an example for future commisssions and potentially stream their creation on Twitch or Youtube unless requested not to do so by the client

I reserve the right to my own artistic liberties; such as colour palette and stylistic choices and I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason

General

If you purchase a commission from me;

You can - post it wherever you want with proper credit, ask to see the picture at any stage of the creation process, ask me to change something I may have messed up (within reason), ask for a refund with the understanding you may not receive a total refund

You can't - take credit for the art, edit the art in ANY way, erase my signature or watermark, ask for significant edits after the lineart/colouring phase

I will draw - humanoids, anthros, mild gore

I won't draw - animals (feral/quadruped), complex mech, fetish content, hateful/offensive content

Punch card

I use a punch card system for commissions

For every 5 commissions bought, you will be able to redeem 1 free doodle page. This is a standard sized CSP canvas (2260x1620) that will be filled with doodles of 1 character of your choice

There will be approximately 5 doodles per page, this amount can change depending on doodle size/complexity and no WIPs will be given

Fees

The following fees may be added to your commission if it meets the criteria;

Complexity - If your character is overly complicated or has lots of details a fee may be added, this fee does not have a set price (this does not apply to characters that I have designed)Design - If your character doesn't have a pre-established design, you want me to redesign them or you want a custom character design a 20% fee will be added (this does not apply to commission types that already include a custom design)

NSFW

If you order a NSFW commission from me, you must order through the "Spicy Commission" type through my VGen

I will draw - non sexual nudity, flirty/suggestive nudity

I won't draw - explicit sex acts, incest, characters that are not canonically 18+ in their source material

You are explicitly prohibited from ordering a NSFW commission from me if you are below the age of 18

Credit

I have accounts on Tumblr, DeviantART, Bluesky, Mastodon and Toyhouse. Please either tag me or include "art by Ptipi" on any art you are reposting

Timeframe

I try to get all my commissions done in a timely manner, but I do work a full time job for 45 hours (five 9-hour days) a weekI will always alert you if anything comes up that prevents or delays me from working on your commission for a extended period of time and give you a more accurate ETA accounting for said delays

Turnaround

I require at least one week to finish any commission. This may be extended depending on the complexity of the commission, my ability to get in contact with you regarding changes and WIPs and other outside factors and extenuating circumstancesIf I have anyone on my queue before you, your 1 week turnaround will not start until the previous commissions are completed. Additionally 1 week is needed for each commission you order

Discounts

I offer a 10% discount on commissions with characters I have designed (adopts and custom designs). Please let me know if I designed the character when ordering (I've designed loads of characters and may have forgotten some of them)

I also offer discounts through my Ko-fi membership tiers starting at $10 a month, when ordering please let me know if you have a membership so I can give you the appropriate discount

Occasionally I will give out temporary discounts to clients who order a large amount of commissions from me

Payment

I accept payment through VGen

I am willing to take payments off platform, directly through PayPal or Stripe for trusted clients only (ie: people I know and/or previous clients)

I will complete commissions in the order I receive payment and I require full payment before I begin working on any commissions

Refunds

I do NOT offer full refunds unless I have not started the commission being refunded, otherwise you will receive a percentage of the money back based on how much work I have completedex: commission is 25% done, you receive 75% of the money back
