I will post all commissions to my social media, use them as an example for future commisssions and potentially stream their creation on Twitch or Youtube UNLESS specifically requested not to do so by the client

Rules

If you purchase a commission from me;

You are allowed to -

● Post it wherever you want, but credit me properly● Ask to see the picture at any stage of the creation process● Ask me to change something I may have messed up (within reason)● Ask for a refund with the understanding you may not receive a total refund

You are NOT allowed to -

● Take credit for the art● Edit the art in ANY way● Erase my signature or watermark● Ask me to make significant edits after the lineart/colouring phase

NSFW

If you order a NSFW commission from me, you must order through the "NSFW Commission" type through my Artistree

You are explicitly prohibited from ordering a NSFW commission from me if you are below the age of 18

Credit

I have accounts on Tumblr, DeviantART, Bluesky, Mastodon and Toyhouse. Please either tag me or include "art by Ptipi" on any art you are reposting

Watermark

I watermark my art to help protect it from being turned into NFTs, stolen by AI, or otherwise misusedI do not mind providing you with an unwatermarked version, please just ask me for it instead of trying to remove the watermark yourself

Timeframe

I try to get all my commissions done in a timely manner, but I do work a full time job for 40 hours (five 8-hour days) a weekI will always alert you if anything comes up that prevents or delays me from working on your commission for a extended period of time and give you a more accurate ETA accounting for said delays

Turnaround

I require at least one week to finish any commission. This may be extended depending on the complexity of the commission, my ability to get in contact with you regarding changes and WIPs and other outside factors and extenuating circumstancesIf I have anyone on my queue before you, your 1 week turnaround will not start until the previous commissions are completed. Additionally 1 week is needed for each commission you order

Discounts

I offer a 10% discount on commissions with characters I have designed (adopts and custom designs). Please make sure to let me know that I designed the character when ordering (I've designed loads of characters and may forget some of them)

I also offer discounts through my Ko-fi membership tiers starting at $10 a month, when ordering please make sure to let me know if you have a membership so I can give you the appropriate discount

Occasionally I will give out temporary discounts to clients who order a large amount of commissions from me

Payment

I accept payment through Artistree using Stripe

I will complete commissions in the order I receive payment and I require full payment before I begin working on any commissions

Refunds

I do NOT offer full refunds unless I have not started the commission being refunded
